Project Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. Reporting to the District Manager and working closely with the operations, planning and project management teams, you will be responsible for on-site & delivery management of projects within Holcim's Concrete business. Your role will involve leading safety, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes.As a key line of communication between Holcim, the customer, and the onsite project team, you will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring timely delivery of actions and projects to agreed timeframes.Act as the primary point of contact for Holcim with contractors and consultants.Collaborate with the operations, project and planning teams to plan, execute, and project requirements.Support the management resources and coordinate team members and contractors.Contribute to weekly and monthly meetings to track progress and address any issues.Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.Demonstrate well-developed project coordination, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.About You:Technical and/or Operational experience in Concrete will be well regarded.Project coordination and logistics experience is highly desirable.Be proficient in Google suite will be advantageous.Leadership skills and the ability to effectively supervise day-to-day operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.Customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Proactive and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines.What We Offer:Holcim is a global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, dedicated to creating progress for people and the planet.
