About the role As the Project Coordinator, you'll support the Project Manager and collaborate with stakeholders to execute projects from start to finish using a Prince2/Agile hybrid methodology and Human-Centered Design.Responsibilities Onboarding project team membersOrganizing quarterly planning and mid-year review preparations.
Collaborate with the PMO on all project initiation and closure activitiesParticipate in the early-stage preparation of end-to-end project artifacts.Assist the Project Manager in updating the MS Project schedule and/or Agile Jira boardSkills and experience Experience in a Project Coordinator role in the Enterprise Solutions domainCollaborative, with a pleasant demeanour and service orientated styleExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a concise styleAdaptability to change
