The ICH's mission is to build an international, collaborative research and training hub in healthcare communication to improve patient safety and the quality of healthcare practice around the world.
ICH is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate the ICH projects and support its strategic direction in the coming years to maximise sustainability and research impact.

The Institute for Communication in Health Care (ICH) Based at one of Australia's leading research-intensive universities, the ICH addresses mounting evidence that ineffective communication at all levels of the healthcare system leads to poor patient outcomes, including serious illness and death, and contributes to clinician dissatisfaction.
