Job DescriptionThe Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Coordinator to join our Technology team on a 2-year fixed term contract.
The Role In this role some of your responsibilities will be:
Providing the project management team with integrated, accurate, and timely whole-of-project/program reports with analysis;Providing strategies for mitigating scheduling, resource and cost forecasting variances;Developing, implementing, and improving project management routines, standards, procedures, and templates;Supporting the development of business cases, cost models, and preliminary schedules for project proposals;Translating scope and goals into measurable items/indicators;Measuring and reporting project progress and governance defined for each phase of the project management framework;Monitoring the completion of project milestones against goals and initiating amendments where necessary.About You To excel in the role you should have:
5+ years working in a project environment;3+ years experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., technical, finance);Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Tempo);Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage risks and suggest mitigation and corrective measures;Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management for large-scale projects;Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholders;Degree in related fields preferred, but not essential.Working at Arc Infrastructure Working with us means working in a team environment where each person and team is valued for the diverse skills, ideas and experiences they bring.
