Project Controller

Analysis & Reporting (Mining, Resources & Energy)Mission:Support the financial and commercial aspects of Enterprise Software projects in Australia and APAC, ensuring project performance and financial health.Key Responsibilities:Provide financial input to project plans, manage accounting, reporting, cash flow, and revenue optimization alongside Project Directors/Managers.Monitor currency risks, guarantees, tax issues, and ensure accurate project financial statements, cash flow, and forecasts.Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, jointly handling financial aspects with the Project Manager, including cost forecasts and cash flow.Collaborate with Project Controls and other teams to support monthly reviews and cost reporting.Ensure compliance with corporate governance and financial directives.Lead process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to protect profitability.Promote and follow safe work practices and participate in safety training.Qualifications:Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, with a Master's or CPA/CA qualification.5+ years of experience in project or functional controlling, ideally in a complex environment.Preferred knowledge of the software industry.Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and negotiation skills.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Project Controller?How many years' experience do you have with project planning and scheduling?How many years' experience do you have with forecasting for businesses?How many years of project management experience do you have?How many years of accounting experience do you have?
