Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Information Specialist/Project Communications Officer to join their team.

You will be instrumental in driving the uplift of online digital information, enabling customers with diverse needs to effectively access and understand the level of accessibility across their end-to-end journey.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to plan for the delivery of customer information and communication actions.Develop a work program in partnership with relevant areas of business.Manage and report on the delivery of approved suite of projects/initiatives.Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Work closely with ICT and digital SMEs to ensure intended outcomes are delivered.What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Customer Information Specialist role will bring significant skills and experience in client-side project management of strategic projects that comprise multidisciplinary/cross-functional teams.
You will have proven experience in managing customer communication and information-focused projects as well as asset auditing of large-scale assets.
