Specialising in Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Communications & Renewable Energy; as a subsidiary of the GenusPlus Group (ASX: GNP).
The Role Genus Infrastructure are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Projects team to work on various projects over WA.
The Project Coordinators purpose is to work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the various aspects of a project and the deliverables are met in a safe and timely manner, to assist in achieving the Genus business goals.
Key duties will include but not limited to; Analyse drawings and other documentation to prepare work schedules, budgets / costs, materials, and subcontractors where required Track project progress and prepare reports for Management and any other documentation at regular intervals Assist operations with client management and communications including technical queries, project variations and claims, status reporting, meeting minutes and other documentation as required Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives Oversee project procurement of materials, plant and equipment hire, subcontractors, as required Essential Skills / Qualifications/Experience 2+ years experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate in a confident and clear manner with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills A strong and pro-active work ethic combined with a dedicated attitude Competency with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint   Be able to travel and work on site as required Desirable Skills / Experience Experience in utilities and/or mining and/or construction and/or resources industry.
