ROLE We are seeking a full-time Project Co-Ordinator / Administrator to join our team at the Baulkham Hills office.
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the project engineers, your role and responsibilities will include:
Coordinating civil projects, including plant, labour and material resourcesMaintaining project asset registers / asset trackingRostering field staff and verifying hours workedPreparing purchase orders and matching to invoicesTracking and recording project expensesTracking receipt of daily diaries, dockets and production reportsAssisting with the preparation of monthly progress claimsPreparing reports for management using excel or other programsOperating ERP system to record, document or capture informationPreparing project folders and documents including DBYD, SWMS etcOnboarding plant and people on to new projects using client portals (3DS, Damstra etc)Providing project admin support as required by managementProviding office admin support as required by management including answering phone queries, filing, preparation of office documents, stationary, printing etcAssisting with incoming enquiries from staff, subcontractors and clients Assisting with accounts payroll as requiredREQUIREMENTS To be considered for this role applicants must possess:
