We are a well-established Demolition & Excavation Company based in Burton looking for a Project Co-ordinator / Administrator with experience to join our growing team.
A bright, intelligent person with a construction or demolition background to be part of the Estimation team, and also work with the Project Manager to successfully run multiple sites across Adelaide. You will be a dynamic and savvy Administrator, responsible for the production and management of all project related documentation.
What you need:
3 years direct experience in the construction industry is preferred, with civil, commercial or residential experience Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills High level of computer literacy, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail To be reliable and have a positive "can-do" attitude A high standard of personal integrity, self-discipline, and responsibility The ability and willingness to learn new skills, and take on new tasks A strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines with minimum supervision A strong understanding of demolition regulations, codes and OHS standards Must hold a current Australian Drivers Licence The role:
Customer enquiries and quote preparation Customer queries and follow ups Safe work Notifications and clearances Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided Managing preparation of variations and approvals with customers Liaising with machine operators for equipment requirements and job queries Being a point of contact to all administration queries and issues on site Assist the Project Manager and Safety Officer in the preparation of site-based paperwork, variation management and demolition methodologies Monitor compliance on site with company safety procedures Develop a positive relationship with employees and sub-contractors on site to promote a high standard of safety What we offer:
