We have an opportunity for a Project Change Management& Learning Specialist to join our People team.Reporting to the Payroll Systems & Implementation Manager, youwill play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of anew Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Fixed-term 12 month contract position working full-time,based in our Bethanie on Pier office in the Perth CBDFlexible working arrangements offered, includingopportunity to work from home / remotelyAbout the role: Create and implement change management strategies and plansto support the successful adoption of the new HRIS, consideringthe unique needs and culture of BethanieConduct comprehensive impact assessments to understand howthe implementation of the new HRIS will affect variousstakeholders, departments, and workflows, and developmitigation strategies accordingly.Monitor the effectiveness of change management initiativesthrough feedback mechanisms and adjust strategies as needed toensure successful outcomes.Designing, supporting, and delivering training programs tofacilitate the adoption of the new system across theorganisationAbout you You thrive in fast-paced project environments and have a provenability to remain agile and adapt your change plans and produceworkable solutions. You are an exceptional communicator withexcellent active listening skills and a demonstrated ability toclearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
You will also bring:
Proven experience in change management roles, preferablywith exposure to large-scale system implementations within thehealthcare or aged care sectorsStrong understanding of change management principles,methodologies, and toolsExperience designing and delivering training programs,preferably in a technology-driven environmentPassion for improving aged care services and enhancing theemployee experience through innovative technology solutions andorganisational changeFormal qualifications or certification in a recognisedchange management methodology would be ideal but is notessentialWorking with Bethanie At Bethanie we are committed to being an employer of choice bycreating a supportive and compassionate environment for our peopleand customers.
