As a BIM Designer, you will support the success of ACOR, both locally and on a national level across our Building Services discipline.
The ideal candidate will possess building services industry exposure as a Hydraulic Design Drafter and a desire to develop their design skills in this exciting role.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesProduce Hydraulic services design specified to current Australian standards and authority codes.Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external.Liaise with internal & external stakeholders.Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience working within the building services industry as a Hydraulic Design Drafter.Solid knowledge of Revit software and AutoCAD.Excellent knowledge of NCC & Victorian Building Regulations.The ability to work unsupervised and complete drawings from a design brief.The ability to conduct client meetings & on-site measures for presentations if requested.Excellent commercial construction knowledge imperative.You will be great with people and experienced in all facets of the design process throughout.
