Project Assurance Analyst - EPMO$150k base + 15.4% superProject assurance and deliveryFinancial Services background highly recommendedLocation: Sydney CBD + WFHAbout the Role:As Project Assurance Analyst - EPMO, you will provide project control and assurance support ensuring consistent application of the policies, principles, practices and Ways of Working for change initiatives across the project portfolio.The objectives of this role and the EPMO Team are to strengthen project management practices, provide assurance and oversight across the organisation's portfolio and guide improved project governance and delivery. You support the evaluation, prioritisation, and ongoing monitoring of the project portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Provide assurance against projects and ensure they are adhering to the Governance and Delivery standards for both Waterfall, Agile and hybrid and progressing in alignment with the direction agreed with EPMO & other support partners.Assist with improvements to the Governance and Delivery standards e.g., Project Management Framework and associated collateral.Assist with the PM Community of Practice as required.Other duties as required.Key Skills/Experiences:Experience and skills in project governance and assurance.Experience in project delivery, within an Agile/Waterfall/Kanban environment will be highly regarded.Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and the ability to ensure projects adhere to project delivery standards.Qualifications or equivalent industry experience in Agile and PMBOK which is highly desirable.Financial services experience highly regarded.#J-18808-Ljbffr
