Role Highlights:
They are looking for an experienced Civil and Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to lead asset maintenance and improvement at Launceston Airport.
This role oversees the airport's annual maintenance program, covering critical areas like the runway, taxiways, terminal buildings, and surrounding grounds.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of the airport's maintenance program within budget.
Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Oversee team operations, scheduling, procurement, and contractor management.
Support emergency management and maintain CASA compliance.
Foster a positive team culture and work closely with other departments.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Proven experience in civil construction, with a focus on pavement and life cycle management.
Familiarity with building compliance and WHS processes.
Budgeting and estimating skills.
Contract and contractor management experience.
Strong leadership and contractor management experience.
