This role has accountability for embedding the framework in operational processes, including working with leads on scoping, planning and identifying milestones, reporting and monitoring, and escalating risks for initiatives.Lead business case development for new Initiatives and provide recommendations.Work with subject matter experts to ensure deliverables meet Lotteries requirements.Lead the lifecycle of business initiatives to ensure completion of tasks, providing feedback on progress and running daily stand ups and meetings.Lead the delivery of Commercial and Investments inform sessions three times a year.Lead the quarterly review and planning process for Lotteries Business Initiatives as part of the overall quarterly planning process for the Lotteries team.Manage the delivery of all key planning documentation including C&I's three-year plan, annual operation plan.Ensure processes and documentation supporting the framework is up-to-date.Provide a single point of contact for Lotteries and other business units for Lotteries' planning and business initiatives, including escalations.This opportunity is based in Anzac House and is being offered as a full-time fixed-term contract opportunity, ending 31st December 2025.What's required to succeed:The individual in this role brings exceptional stakeholder management and organisational skills, is outcome-focused and able to think critically when managing frameworks and prioritising activities. The role reports to the Head of Strategy, Planning and Performance, in the Commercial and Investments team.Degree qualification in an appropriate discipline.Qualifications in Project Management methodology would be highly regarded.5+ years' project management experience.Exposure to and understanding of business concepts and business processes would be highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in giving direction in an agile team environment.Ability to develop project documentation and reports.Proven experience preparing business case submissions.Experience with Sharepoint, Teams and Microsoft Office suite.Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing environment and pivot quickly to adapt to changing circumstances.Persistence, resilience and ability to weld a team into a productive focused delivery engine.Embracing collaboration and innovation, we work as one to lead the change veterans need.
