About the opportunity
The Project Administrator role is responsible for providing accurate and efficient support to our project teams on site, from our West Perth office.
Your duties will include, but not limited to;
Manage site rosters, flight bookings and accommodation. Raising Purchase Orders, Receipting in goods and Reconciliation of invoices. Ensure that all office functions (administration, document control, filing system, records, clerical recording, software licensing etc.) are effectively managed and organised. Maintain all stock levels as required, such as PPE and Office items. Other duties as required. About you Previous administrative experience, preferably in civil / mining industry or site-based project related. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to enter important data efficiently and accurately. Experience mobilising for BHP and FMG - essential. Flexibility to travel to site when required. Strong proficiency across MS Office applications and other databases (SAM, SAP, ERMS, Workflow). Ability to work in a fun and dynamic Team culture.
