The Opportunity We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our high performing Rail & Technology Systems team in Rivervale. Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, this role is positioned to provide key support to an exciting new project in the renewables sector.
Key responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to the project team. Support in booking and tracking online inductions across the project. Booking flights and accommodation for project team members. Document control – support the team in administering document transmittals to clients and contractors. Support in maintaining corporate card and expense records. SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries. Reconcile data from accounts department with office records. Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements. Requirements to be successful: Previous experience in a site/project administration role. Experience with invoicing, purchase orders and travel/accommodation bookings. A decent grasp of the Microsoft package. Experience using SAP, Concur and Sharepoint (desirable). A "can do" attitude and willingness to contribute to our inclusive office culture.
