Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers with the coordination of project schedules, tasks, and resourcesKeep project documents organised, including reports, contracts, and meeting recordsTrack project progress, update timelines, and ensure projects stay on trackLiaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project executionHelp with budget tracking, including processing invoices and expense reportsSchedule and organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action itemsEnsure adherence to project requirements and company guidelinesQualifications:
Previous experience in a project support or administrative roleStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills for liaising with team members and partnersAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office toolsExperience with budget tracking and financial processes is a plusWhat We Offer:
