About the role We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our S2B project in Canterbury. You'll be joining an innovative organisation, and an award-winning sustainability function. Make the move to a people-centric, privately owned Tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Key responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the project team Greeting and signing in new visitors Assist with payroll administration Ordering of consumables, PPE and other project requirements Maintaining accurate records including expenditure, reconciliations and requests for reimbursement Diary management and coordination of meetings, functions and events Onboarding support for new starters Coordinating general office/facilities housekeeping About you Prior experience in a similar role is desirable or experience in a commercial construction environment with an administration focus Excellent Customer Service Skills Demonstrated experience with MS Office Ability to prioritise workload and multitask A self-starter who is able to demonstrate initiative 2-3 years in an administrative/office management role, construction experience preferred Benefits We work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
