We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team and drive strategic initiatives that shape our industry's future. As our gun Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager in a technical development environment. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, ensuring the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, whilst maintaining documentation.  Playing a critical role in assisting with the management of project timelines, resources, and quality assurance processes to ensure successful project outcomes at Ebet.
Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination and Administration Assist the Program Manager in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and change logs, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.Track project progress against milestones and deadlines, providing regular updates to the Program Manager and relevant teams.Coordinate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely information sharing.Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports, presentations, and other documentation required by the Program Manager.Resource and Budget Management Monitor project resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring resources are used efficiently and within budget.Assist the Program Manager in tracking project expenses and budget adherence, preparing budget reports, and identifying any potential cost overruns.Coordinate procurement activities, if required for project delivery.Reporting and Documentation Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting to the Program Manager and other stakeholders.Maintain comprehensive and organised project files, ensuring all documentation is readily accessible.Support the Program Manager in preparing post-project reviews, lessons learned documentation, and other project closure activities.Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a project administration role, preferably in a technical development or IT environment.Education: Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software eg JIRA and the MS suite of office productivity tools.Quality Assurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies in a technical environment.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and documentation.Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and risks, propose solutions, and support the implementation of corrective actions.Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
