Project Administrator Role in Brisbane (Spring Hill & Rocklea)
About the Role: We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. You'll play a key role in assisting with the national implementation of MTData, replacing our current In Cab telematics units.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with operational and fleet staff to gather and process information. Leverage your Excel skills (intermediate to advanced) to manage project data and reports. Develop clear and concise process maps to ensure smooth implementation. Prior experience with MTData is a plus, but not essential. Familiarity with Nintex Process Manager would be beneficial but not required. Schedule: This is a temporary position, ideally starting next week and lasting until the end of August 2024. There's potential for extended work beyond that. The role requires working from our Spring Hill office for 3 days and Rocklea office for 2 days. This split may adjust as the project progresses. Candidate Profile: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff across departments. Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail. Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
