About the Role Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in Accounts Payable?
Join us as Project Administrator within our SA Water Framework team based in the heart of Adelaide CBD.
In this fast-paced role, you will be managing and maintaining project records, processing invoices, collaborating with engineers and project managers, and building strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to): Manage project records accurately and efficiently.
Create purchase orders and change orders.
Liaise with engineers and project managers on purchase orders and approvals.
Develop effective relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Process a high volume of supplier invoices within strict deadlines.
Resolve invoice queries promptly.
Chase approvals and cost codes for purchases.
Organise monthly reports and maintain vendor/supplier database.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong time management skills with ability to juggle competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong literacy/numeracy skills, Accurate and analytical with attention to detail.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of cashflow and accounts payable processes.
Previous experience in the water engineering and construction industry will be highly regarded.
