We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator with a can-do attitude and keen eye for detail.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:  Handling general day-to-day ad hoc tasks  Data entry Compilation of weekly timesheet data for all personnel Assisting with the development of administrative processes and procedures  Coordinating with crew and supervisors onsite Organizing and updating qualifications, conducting inductions, and collaborating with training providers Overseeing the compliance matrix Verifying personnel files for necessary updates and following up on outdated documentation required for workers' job roles Being solution-oriented, consistently seeking ways to enhance processes and procedures Liaising with the Category 5 Superintendent/Supervisors and promptly addressing any requests Acting and communicating with integrity To thrive in this role, you should be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in a similar administrative role Certification in Business/Administration is highly desired Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Category 5 is an organization that highly values its personnel.
