Project Administrator

Powertech Resourcing is a multidisciplinary commissioning organisation providing services to the energy and resources sectors throughout Australia.
Due to continued growth and expansion in the business, we are currently taking applications for a Project Administrator to join our client's team.

- Duration: Initial 8 months duration with possibility to extend
- Roster: 38 hours per week | Monday - Friday
- Location: Perth CBD
- Excellent rates $$$ on offer
- Superannuation paid on all hours
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Independently organise and coordinate administrative activities that support overall work alignment and the efficient delivery of work plans (e.g. meeting cadences, operating rhythms, team synchronisation, report formatting and onboarding).Develop culturally sensitive communications and manage stakeholder relationships on behalf of leaders, adapting style, tone and content accordingly to minimise leader workload and drive the timely progression of work.Onboarding of new starters.Field Leadership Database maintenance.Raise purchase requisitions in SAP and maintain purchase requisition spreadsheet.Ad-hoc reporting, analysis and presentation development as required.Coordinating and managing travel bookings, accommodation and transport bookings (e.g. car hire for department staff, contractors, consultants and visitors).Event management, arrange meetings, coordinate training events, seminars and conferences.Catering orders for onsite and offsite meetings/functions.Active role in continuous improvement of administration processes and procedures.SharePoint creation and maintenance.Ordering PPE via SAP.Formatting Word documents and reports.Manage Fire Warden/First Responder positions.And other duties as directed by the line manager.Experience, skills and qualifications: Good communication skills with all levels of the business organisation.The ability to 'get things done' with a keen eye for attention to detail.The ability to 'flex' within the wider major project team environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Microsoft Office suite experience – Including strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.This is an excellent opportunity to expand and share your knowledge and to work with a well-established team of industry professionals in the field.
