Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide general administrative services at the business level. Each day, you will perform general administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries in Australia. You will be mainly accountable for:• Entering new sales order information into SAP• Assisting the Contracts Managers or Project Managers in identifying specific contract actions and notifications to meet contractual requirements during the execution of the projects.• Support the Service Manager with allocated tasks related to the delivery of good and services to allocated clients (CRM/Care Agreements customers).• Assisting during the identification of the contract baseline, and development of wall chart• Acknowledging the receipt and processing of supplier invoices to specific jobs and projects.• Preparing paperwork and catering for project factory testing visits or other similar activities.• Organizing materials for the preparation of meetings, presentations, and training sessions.• Assist with general project logistics, booking travel, couriers, etc.This position reports to: Head of Project Management - Energy Industries AUGrade:GGS15
Qualifications for the role University/Technical college degree in any stream Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP and administrative skills Good hold on communication both oral and written.
