We rally together, drawing on the diverse skills across our teams and create environments where great ideas are heard.This opportunity will see you join a reputable company with a highly experienced team who work together to develop and provide solutions for our customers.UGL's Industrial & Resources division are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator, working from our Bennetts Green Workshop & Site Based Work.We are seeking an experienced site administrator with relevant and recent experience working within a similar role and industry.On offer we have:Full Time OpportunityCompetitive Remuneration PackageEarly February 2025 startOpportunity to grow, career progression.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:Coordination of all site mobilisation & demobilisation requirements ranging from travel, accommodation, inductions, training, PPE, IT access and new starter information, including subcontractors.Meet and greet new starters / transfers on arrival.Coordinate Visitor and Sub-Contractor travel, accommodation, and site access.Coordinate end-to-end weekly payroll process, including collation of timesheets, leave requests, new starter documentation, terminations, and ad-hoc payroll documentation.First point of contact for all payroll queries, to be responded to within appropriate timeframes.Upload of site labour to client and internal system on a weekly basis.Raising vendor and subcontractor purchase order requisitions, processing vendor and subcontractor invoices within required timeframes.Maintain filing systems and databases to ensure compliance to quality and management systems.Maintain site training matrix and records.Ad-hoc administration tasks required by Project team.Goods Receipt of vendor invoices.Purchase order set up.Timesheet changes in SAP.Subcontractor set up and reporting.Reconciliation of subcontractor pro forma invoices with SAP data and providing the project manager with verification of approvals.Qualifications and Education RequirementsStrong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple demands.Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Access, email.OHS Construction Induction (White Card).Driver's License.SAP Experience - Highly regarded.What we offerDiverse opportunities to grow, back yourself and achieve.The chance to join a 6,000+ strong organisation owned by the CIMIC Group, one of the world's leading international contractors.Pathways for you to succeed and the space for you to carve your own journey.About UsUGL is well-known and respected for providing end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services within rail and transport, communications and technology systems, oil and gas, power, renewables and resources, water and defence markets.
