As a key player in our project management efforts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient administrative processes to support the successful execution of various projects within our organisation.
Initially office-based, the position has the flexibility to work from home following completion of a probationary period.

Job DescriptionThe Role: Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be working as a member of the CNI project team where you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires effective communication with external workforce, field supervisory staff, and internal teams to ensure streamlined operations.Duties will include but not be limited to:
Perform data entry into project databases and perform associated administration activity.Perform tasks in MS Excel, related to presenting data for reporting and analysis purposes.Manage and process inbound emails from a central mailbox, file and coordinate related activity resulting from the inbound correspondence.Perform various tasks related to track and chasing, this involves following up on progress and providing feedback, assist with taking phone calls and producing reports.Assist with taking notes and compiling minutes of meetings.Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and contribute toward efficiency.Desired Skills and ExperienceYou:To secure an interview for this great local opportunity, it is desirable you can meet the following:
