UGL is an employer with a difference, jump on board and experience our incredible journey The Fuels & Energy line of business have an opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our site-based team in Kwinana WA.
The Project Administrator ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the site office as well as supporting the overall contract execution team.
Some duties in the role will undertaking tasks such as managing the site roster, creating and distribution of timesheets, processing of leave applications, managing site distribution lists, processing PPE requests, facilitation of site laundry requirements, expense claim submission and reimbursement requests as well as general / ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the Contract Management Team. This position will work proactively with our national Recruitment Team for onboarding, induction facilitation and new starter engagement while looking to promote continuous improvement initiatives within the administration and onboarding functions.
About the role To be considered for the role the following qualifications will be highly regarded:
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level Previous exposure to SAP Previous exposure to TWIS time writing tool would be highly regarded Demonstrated previous experienced in a site or project administration role in the resources or construction industry Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the customer at necessary levels within their organisation The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
