About the Opportunity The Project Administrator will provide administrative support to the Program team and supporting functions as required. This role will include but will not be limited to, coordinating formal and informal meetings, travel arrangements, publishing of notes, minutes & actions, and maintaining project registers, as required.
Responsibilities Coordinate and arrange Daily and Weekly Program Team Meetings, record actions and produce minutes.Administrative support in generating reports and presentations for Program TeamsArrange Progress Meetings and produce reports, notes and action listed, as directed.Facilitate and manage the projects calendar.Monitor, track and maintain Program Risks and Lessons Learned Registers.Access data and generate reports from corporate systems and distribute to the Program Team, as directed.Produce agendas, minutes, actions and artefacts, as directed.Other duties, as directed by the Program Team.About You Completion of Year 12.Competent in the use of MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work with limited supervision and to demonstrate initiative and flexibility.Ability to plan, manage and prioritise multiple tasks at the same time.Be Customer Service orientated and work as part of a team.Be a Problem Solver.Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
