The role
Duties
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Administrator is responsible for providing a range of general branch administration duties to ensure the smooth flow of work and the administration and operation of a proficient, cohesive team. In this position you will be responsible for the following:
Supporting Project Coordinators. Creating work orders.Ordering parts. Warranty claims. Processing purchase orders and invoices.
About you
To Be Successful In This Position, You Will Have
Previous experience in a Project Administration role. Demonstrated experience working within a heavy industrial environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and can take initiative.Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
