Having successfully delivered hundreds of project solutions, they now seek an experienced Project Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis working from their Rocklea offices.
about the role Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this varied role in a fast-paced environment will see the successful candidate responsible for: Project administration Processing and coordinating project works Document control through maintaining, formatting and collating project work documents Manage control registers Update licences and insurances in client portals Monitor the procurement inbox Travel Coordination, organise Visa's Meeting coordination and minutes Update Agendas Format documents Create PO's Client support Order supplies and maintain kitchen Office coordination about you With a previous Project Administration and document control experience, you are well presented, pride yourself on your written and verbal communication skills and have a proven track record within a commercial environment.
You are organised, proactive and have the ability to multi-task and work to project deadlines.
Experience in MYOB Exo will also be highly regarded but not essential.
