Project Administrator

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Project Administrator to provide day-to-day administration support to our project team located at Brisbane Airport.
Reporting to the Project Manager, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide day to day support to the project teamDocumentationLiaising with project and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials/plantProcessing of weekly timesheets and tracking of manpower hoursNew employee onboarding, including PPE and uniform registerCoordinating subcontract variations and order amendment when requestedReviewing invoices against purchase ordersCompiling weekly/monthly labour analysis reports The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:  Demonstrated experience in a project administrative role within the construction industry Proficiency in MS Office products (MS Excel and Outlook in particular)Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent time management and organisations skills, combined with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsHigh integrity and a proven ability to maintain confidentialityTeam playerThis is an opportunity to join a successful Australian company.
