About the role Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the Project Administrator provides project controls support in the planning, organization, control, assurance, coordination and administrative capability to support Verbrec's delivery of infrastructure services. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Setting up and ongoing administration of project records in integrated ERP systems, including project estimates, resource plans, and work tasks.Project invoicing in accordance with client specific requirements, within the monthly invoicing schedule.Invoice management ensuring payments are received in line with agreed payment terms.Reviewing and finalisation of project forecasts in line with the end of month reporting timeframes and requirements.Administration of project finalisation and close-out process.Support of Project Managers in accurate project monitoring and control, understanding project costs, including outstanding commitments.About you To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable working autonomously and have willingness, energy and drive to do whatever it takes and to 'think outside the box'. You will also have:
Experience in a project administration or similar role.Experience using ERP finance systems and an understanding of corporate accounting processes.Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (i.e. Maintenance Connection, Maximo, MaintainX) advantageous but not essential.Great time management and work planning skills, able to prioritise demands and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and tenacity to solve problems.Desire to do things more efficiently, more simply, and more cost effectively.Ability to document work practices as procedures and work instructions.Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.The new Verbrec brand represents our evolution and continued growth by leveraging emerging techniques and technologies for the benefit of our clients.
