Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project management team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring effective communication, and assisting with project documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to project managers and teams throughout project lifecycles.Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely distribution of materials.Assist in tracking project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and team members.Support the preparation of project proposals and presentations.Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation as required.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project administration process.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within the oil and gas or engineering sectors.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
