Project Administrator / Coordinator Wanted For Exciting House Renovation!

Are you an experienced project Administration/Co-Ordinator with a day or two free each week? We are a professional couple embarking on a major house renovation in Kelvin Grove and are looking for someone to help us bring our dream home to life!
What You'll Do: Work closely with Owner/Project ManagerManger Complete applications and manage permits required and coordinate council approvalsRequest quotes and liaise with contractors Ensure the build is compliant with all regulationsOrganise selected contractors and liase with owners to keep the project on trackWhat We're Looking For: Project Administration and Co-ordination experience, ideally in construction or renovationStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently, with face-to-face meetings as required at owner's workplace (Underwood)Availability for remote work, as neededIf you're detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about delivering and Co-ordination a high-impact renovation, we'd love to hear from you!
