Project Administrator / Junior Contracts Administrator
Leading Commercial Developer committed to delivering high-quality projects across industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager across administrative duties Document Control and maintenance of existing filing systems and document registers Contract Correspondence including Site Instructions, RFI's, EOT's and Variations Obtain planning, infrastructure and development approvals Scheduling and Timeline Management Stakeholder Communication Assisting with the preparation of handover documentation Preparation of monthly project cost report Qualifications and Skills: A bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in project coordination/contract administration or a related role within the construction industry is essential. Familiarity with the construction phases, project scheduling, and budget management is crucial. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities. Proficient in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and project management tools. Benefits:
