We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Administrator Lead to join our team for the Collie Battery Energy Storage System (CBESS) project. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a pioneering renewable energy project in Western Australia.
Position Overview:
The Project Administrator Lead will be responsible for managing all administrative functions on site, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the project team. This role is critical in maintaining effective communication, documentation, and logistical support for the CBESS project.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all site administration activities, including office management, document control, and reporting.Coordinate site meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.Maintain and update project records, including contracts, permits, and compliance documents.Support project managers and site teams with daily administrative tasks.Manage site accommodation and travel arrangements for staff.Ensure site compliance with company policies and procedures.Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project requirements.Provide training and support to junior administrative staff. 23rd May, 2024 About Us:
