These are just a few words that describe you.You will provide administration support to the project in Australia and PNG which involves:Input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queriesMaintain filing system of site documentation, ensure that information is available when requiredReconcile data from accounts departments with site recordsGeneral database/ systems administrationAid in preparing and collating of data to generate reportsAssisting with mobilisation and demobilisation of team membersManage email enquiries from staff, subcontractors, and clients and escalate where appropriateDiary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities as requiredOrganising travel and accommodation for staffArranging both internal and external events for staff and clientsProvide administrative assistance, as required, for the Project and Operations ManagerRelief for other staff as requiredWhat you will bring to the team:Experience in similar role as a Project AdministratorFamiliarity with Shutdowns is advantageousProficient experience within Microsoft Office – mainly ExcelSome level of experience using ERP systems (SPMAT, ORACLE, SAP etc.)Proactive approach to sorting solutions and ability to conduct researchAble to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong organisational abilities and time management skillsClough's people enjoy:Exposure to a range of projects and industries across our global operationsA supportive team culture and environmentFlexibility to manage work and lifestyle commitmentsWe're building a diverse workforceWe know that our people are our best assets.
