Project Accounting / Administrator

Exciting opportunity to work within a busy property development company located in Mango Hill.
Wage rate dependant on qualifications and experience.
Flexible hours for the select candidate, approximately 25-35 hours per week with school hours a possibility.
This is a diverse position within an integrated development group. You will be working with a small supportive team; however, we do require an individual who is self-motivated and can take initiative to be able to work independently. A strong all-round understanding of office procedures is a must; experience in the construction industry is preferable but not essential.
Tasks include:
Monitor and report on project budget
In depth involvement in project funding
Accounts payable and bank reconciliations across multiple entities
Monitor cashflow and report to management
Process payments to contractors and suppliers
Liaise with external accountants
Weekly and fortnightly payroll for two entities
Ad hoc tasks as required by the business
Skills required:
Degree qualified preferred
Experience in MYOB is essential
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Ability to multi-skill and assist with the business with a wide range of ad hoc tasks
