The key duties of the position include: Working within the Finance Team to utilise the business partnership delivery model to provide a holistic range of financial support services, advice, and products.Partnering with the National Sea Simulator facility to manage budgets/forecasts, prepare external costings, project milestones AR invoices, WIP reconciliations, and identify projects requiring capitalisation while answering general queries.Delivering accurate and timely financial information for operational and corporate service teams to enable effective financial management of activities, including producing financial reports, budget estimates, and costings.Facilitating the transfer of financial information to and from the non-current asset registers, educating staff on asset procedures, and assisting with capitalisation.Assisting with the preparation of the monthly and annual financial reports, including responding to audit questions and requests for additional documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
