Project Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant for a 6-12 month contract with a leading mining organisation. You will play a key role in project costing, financial reporting, and budget tracking, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reportingAnalyse financial performance and provide insightsAssist with month/quarter-end tasksAssist with project WBS creation in SAPAssist with project reporting in SAP and BPCAssist with SOX documentation for month/quarter-endBalance sheet preparationAd-hoc tasksWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of experience as a project accountantExperience in mining industry is highly desirableStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesDegree in Accounting/ Finance
