About the role The Programs Officer for Jobs Connect & Alumni plays a key role in facilitating a robust Jobs Connect service and Alumni engagement strategy as part of a comprehensive statewide network. This role involves providing students with information, guidance, and expert support through various channels to equip them for job opportunities in their specialised fields.
As a part of this role, you may be required to travel as per the needs of the business.
About You Our team is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support programs that enhance student engagement and provide essential guidance for successful recruitment. You will stay informed about emerging trends in the employment sector, develop an industry network, and engage with employers to boost student and graduate employability.
Collaborating with the Student Engagement Program team, counsellors, and the broader Customer & Student Success Network, you will support continuous improvement and innovative service delivery. You will help maintain a collaborative relationship across Delivery Teams to plan and facilitate career activities, such as industry-specific events, employability skills workshops, and coaching sessions.
