ABOUT THE ROLE
Working for the King's School Foundation, the Programs Manager will play a pivotal role in working collaboratively with the Head of Foundation and internal departments to achieve the Foundation objectives. The purpose of the role is to help support the growth of philanthropy at The King's School.
The position is critical to ensuring a high standard of marketing program support and donor relationship management. The Programs Manager facilitates a program of works with the Head of Marketing and the marketing team, the Manager of Community Engagement, The Old Boy's Union and other relevant stakeholders.

The role provides management of programs, communication and marketing, philanthropic campaign and relationship management activity. This is integrated with analytic and administrative expertise in delivering the outcomes of The King's School Foundation.
The role requires a customer-focused professional known for their friendly and polite demeanour, strong and demonstrated customer service ethos, attention to detail, execution, and energy. The role is likely suited to someone with highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop consultative and collegial relationships with the school and broader community. You must be highly organised and capable of effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will demonstrate the following qualities: engaging, collaborative, confident, well-organised with strength in planning, excellent communicator, patient, excellent customer service skills, and well-developed skills in exercising diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
Confidence to resolve conflict with a friendly but efficient demeanour; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels; with strong attention to detail.
