SAWCAN is seeking a motivated and strategic Programs Manager to lead the delivery and management of our community health programs.About usThe South Australian West Coast ACCHO Network (SAWCAN) works to strengthen the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal communities through collaboration, advocacy, and the delivery of culturally appropriate services. We focus on community-led initiatives to address key health challenges in our region, spanning across multiple ACCHOs and health services.About the roleAs the Programs Manager, you will oversee and manage the delivery of all SAWCAN programs, ensuring they align with our strategic plan to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal communities along the Eyre and Far West Coast of SA. You will be responsible for program and contract management, staff development, and leading program evaluations.
