Full time, fixed term for three years Unique opportunity to provide program and administrative support to the flagship Quantum Australia HQ and wider national presence Base Salary $108,577 - $118,267 + 17% superannuation About Quantum Australia Quantum Australia is a pioneering organisation bringing together Australia's top research institutions, industry leaders, and Quantum organisations.

The organisation brings together Australia's quantum leaders across industry, academia and the startup ecosystem to fundamentally shift the dial on the translation of quantum technologies and position Australia as a leader in the market.
Administered by the University of Sydney over an initial 3-year period, QA is supported by a $18.4M grant from the Department of Industry, Science and Resources, with significant additional financial support from state governments and university partners.
A central team will be based in Sydney to support state and territory-based teams Nodes in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, and the ACT.
These Nodes will reside within the other Quantum Australia's partner universities About the opportunity As the Programs Administration Officer and part of the central team at Quantum Australia you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to Quantum Australia's ecosystem and partnership development initiatives, as well as delivering essential administrative and operational functions from Quantum Australia HQ.
You will provide executive support around administration, governance and reporting for Quantum Australia HQ, as well as coordinate the Ecosystem and Partnership Development Program.
Your key responsibilities will be to: contribute to a collaborative and cohesive team reporting into the Quantum Australia CEO provide administrative and project support to the ecosystem development and partnership streams in the NSW node and other nodes within Australia provide administrative and operational support to the Quantum Australia CEO and executive team contribute to reporting, content creation and communication channel management act as the University of Sydney Liaison, fostering relationships within the university and ensuring policies and procedures are in line with University guidelines support stakeholder management of partners of Quantum Australia by communicating timelines and expectations, flagging potential issues and gathering feedback About you tertiary qualifications in business administration and/or relevant work experience demonstrated experience providing secretariat support to an executive board or senior committee previous experience in the higher education/tertiary sector, not-for-profit, start-up and/or a complex corporate organization Experience with designing and developing marketing collateral using marketing software proven ability to minute meetings and to distill and summarize complex and technical discussions.
