Be the primary contact for agency partners and clients, handling enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with the sales team on media planning, provide campaign insights, and deliver post-campaign reports. Educate teams on the digital ecosystem, with a special focus on programmatic buying and QMS's unique offerings. Develop best practices, share performance insights, and recommend optimisations to clients, helping to drive renewal business and meet revenue goals. Review and approve artwork to ensure it meets OMA policies and guidelines. What we're looking for: Experienced in digital media, programmatic sales, or ad tech, you have a solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape. You're comfortable navigating DSPs, SSPs, and other ad technologies. Task-focused and detail-oriented, you thrive and adapt effortlessly in a dynamic environment. You're a great communicator, with a knack for building strong client relationships and delivering presentations that captivate and inform.
