Bring your admin & Excel skills & work in an organisation doing good.Increase in take-home pay with up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.Part-time 3-4 days per week, based in Sale office + hybrid work from home.Your new roleIf you are experienced in data entry, admin, and Excel and you're ready to use your skills for good, we have a great opportunity to be part of a team that provides admin and timesheet support for our Kindergarten Inclusion Support program.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Provide admin support to the program including answering calls.Maintain required spreadsheets, office management systems and file registers.Maintain data and statistics and produce relevant, accurate and timely reports.Collate and record timesheets and submit for processing by Payroll each fortnight.Assist with site events, forums and meetings including catering arrangements.It's a part-time role involving 22.8 hours per week, worked Monday, Thursday and Friday.
We have some flexibility to consider shorter hours worked over 4 days.
