The primary objective of this position is to provide direct support and supervision to customers and staff supporting LiveBetter's Community Support services, promoting capacity building and the achievement of the customers' goals through individual and group program design and delivery. The Program Support Leader will be responsible for the implementation of the customers' programs, completing administrative functions that support program delivery, and working alongside Disability Support Workers to meet the individual needs of the customer.
