You have exceptional communication skills and use this to build meaningful connections with university staff, students, and industry partners. You take the initiative to deliver results and provide tailored advice to stakeholders.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure the effective delivery of operational services and administrative support to UniSA Business' programs and research activities, including co-ordinating student and academic services, research and facility support, resource allocation, marketing and alumni relations. In addition, you will engage with a number of external stakeholders in order to drive industry engagement with the Business Career Mentoring Program.

Essential Skills and Experience A successful track record of managing teams and resources in a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver quality services and continuous improvement against strategic objectivesDemonstrated understanding of, and management experience in university research and/or teaching and learning environmentsExperience in building high performing and resilient teams supported by constructive supervision and performance development and role modelling a culture of service excellenceSuccessful achievement in leading, motivating and managing effective partnerships with diverse internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes and maintaining highly engaged and productive relationshipsCommitment to, and successful experience of delivering, quality management systems and implementing continuous business improvement processes through effective project and change management skillsBenefits
