We offer a wide range of IT services in Security, Infrastructure, and Systems Integration to a diverse customer base throughout Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, and Europe.About the Engagement:Green Light is looking for a Program Scheduler to join our government client supporting their critical project.About the Role:Scope: Services of a Program Scheduler to support ICT Infrastructure Program (Government). Our government client will be deploying new campus network infrastructure across Perth, which means our client has outsourced the design, commissioning, and ongoing support of these networks to a Managed Service Provider (MSP).As a member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient delivery of the Program by providing high-level administrative, governance, and organizational support to the Project Managers and Project Streams.Program Scheduler Services:The objectives of this service are to perform the following:Service delivery must be managed and reported in accordance with the Project management framework used by WA government which is based on PRINCE2.Maintaining Program Master Schedule.Maintaining links to EPMO portfolio schedules, cross project dependencies, links to Program PSR reporting, and maintaining Critical Path and Reporting milestones.Monitor and report on progress of schedule against existing baseline scope, budget, and cost tolerances.Conduct issue and risk management in relation to activities relating to Program schedule.Act as an initial contact for Program Schedule related issue escalation and resolution.Develop and execute objectives, standards, and procedures applicable to estimating, scheduling, and project controls.Monitor and report on progress against project schedules.Ensure a consistent project scheduling methodology is adopted across the CHIIP Program, including accurate milestone reporting and timely updates.Ensure initiatives and projects implemented adhere to the WA Government procedures and standards.Advanced knowledge of project controls in Microsoft 365 suite including MS Project Scheduler and Excel.Undertake other duties as required.ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:Significant experience in schedule control and analysis, providing early heads-up to the Program Manager and Project Managers.Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills including proven experience in the development and delivery of complex project schedules using the Critical Path Method.Demonstrated experience in project management and associated documentation and processes.Proven self-motivation and result-oriented attributes with the ability to perform under pressure of aggressive deadlines.Superior communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes.Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to a range of complex tasks, changing roles, skill requirements, and organizational structure.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume detailing their relevant experience and qualifications along with a cover letter with work rights details.
