Categories : Operations We are currently recruiting a Program Content Scheduler to join our Broadcast Operations team.
You will be responsible for managing the promo and sales function which involves accurate scheduling of on-air promotions, cross-promotions, contra, and commercials across all FOX SPORTS channels, as well as strict adherence to program timings.
This role will have a direct impact in shaping the way Australians view their content!
Your responsibilities : Create / Maintain presentation schedules and program rundowns in the IBMS and Landmark scheduling databases in consultation with the Programming Team.Assign jobs to Edit via Media Prep ToolEnsure all programs adhere to Australian Classification Guidelines.Daily communication with the FNC Campaign Team, Presentation, Edit and Media Services Teams.Generate programming transmission reports.Review transmission schedules and liaise with Production, Editors, and Media Services to ensure that all requisite content and program information is submitted.Any other administrative tasks as directed.About your experience : Prior experience in a similar role; Broadcast production experience is an advantageAdvanced data entry and database skills (IBMS and Landmark experience highly desirable)Advanced Word and Excel skillsHigh attention to detailSound understanding of a variety of sportsDemonstrated ability to work as part of a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyProven ability to meet and manage tight deadlinesDemonstrate initiative and organizational abilityLife at Foxtel Group A career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports, and Foxtel Media.
